We’re now looking for a Tactical Buyer to join our growing team in Lahti.

What's your role?

In this role, you will be responsible for purchasing materials and supplies needed for production. You will work closely with suppliers, the procurement team and production to ensure smooth processes and maintain the availability and quality of materials.

This is a permanent position with a preferred start date as soon as possible. Part of the work can be done remotely, but Lahti will be your primary working location.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Manage purchase orders, confirmations, and delivery follow-ups
• Maintain and update item min/max levels, safety stock, lead time, and days of supply data.
• Monitor supplier quality performance
• Collaborate effectively with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal stakeholders.

What will you bring?

• 1-3 years of work experience in similar roles.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, business administration, or equivalent skills and qualifications.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Fluent in Finnish and English
• ERP system experience
• Knowledge of electronic components and electronics industry is a plus.
