Kemptron Oy is seeking a skilled and motivated Test Development Engineer to join our Engineering Services team. In this role, you will design and implement test plans to ensure the quality and reliability of our power electronics products, working closely with engineering and production teams throughout the product development lifecycle.

You will be responsible for planning and executing test procedures for power electronics in close collaboration with engineering and production teams. You’ll apply methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma, and 5S to continuously improve testing efficiency and equipment maintenance. Your role includes troubleshooting and resolving issues, maintaining accurate documentation, and preparing insightful reports. Strong communication and teamwork are essential, as you’ll work across departments to support development and provide technical guidance.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field.
• Proven track record in test development and electronics manufacturing.
• Experience in power electronics and testing methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills with precision and a systematic mindset.
• Good spoken and written communication skills in English and Finnish.
